"At first I thought everything was good and..."
At first I thought everything was good and the ordering process was smooth, honestly. Then suddenly I found out part of my order was delayed, and that’s when I got annoyed. The backorder/preorder info just wasn’t clear enough before checkout, so I didn’t realize what I was actually waiting on until after I placed the order

"Seed packets was confusing"
The seeds arrived just fine, but the info on packet was confusing. There wasn’t much simple planting directions, so I ended up having to look it up online. I was expecting little more help on the packet, honestly.

"Pretty good overall!!!"
I’ve ordered from migardener a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience!!! Some of the seeds are a great deal, which is why I keep checking back!!! That said, once shipping gets added in, a few things didn’t feel that much cheaper than buying somewhere else. The quality has been mostly solid for me though!!! I’d say it’s definitely worth browsing, just maybe compare prices if you’re trying to get the absolute best deal on everything!!!

"I’m not sure I trust them like I used to"
I don’t know… the brand just hasn’t felt as reliable to me lately. I keep seeing mixed things about them, and it makes me second-guess whether I should order again. Maybe it’d be fine, but i don’t really want to deal with that kind of worry.

"Return process was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I tried to return just one part of my order, i figured it would be a quick, simple thing because most places make returns easy now. Instead, I kept using the “this should only take a minute” shortcut in my head and then getting annoyed when it dragged on for days. Replies were slow, and the instructions weren’t clear enough.
Even after I sent the info they asked for, I still had to chase them about the refund. It did get sorted in the end, but it took way longer than it needed to. At this point, I’m just filing this under “not worth the trouble” and probably won’t order from them again

"Arrived Mostly Fine, But Felt Brushed Off"
The seeds came packed nicely and nothing was crushed, so that was good. One of the packets did have a slightly bent corner, which wasn’t a huge deal, but when I brought it up, I kind of felt like it was just brushed off. Overall everything was fine, I just wish the small issue had been acknowledged a little more.

"Helpful, Though a Bit Long"
I did end up learning a lot from it, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, some of the guides felt longer than they needed to be, and I found myself wishing they’d get to the point a little faster. Still, overall, it was useful.

"Limited seed choices"
Checked out migardener.com hoping for more seed options, but the selection felt thin. A lot of what I wanted wasn’t there, and the choices didn’t vary much. Fine for basics maybe, but I was a bit let down.

"Got stuck trying to update my account"
I went in thinking it would be a quick two-minute thing to change my email and password, but it turned into this whole annoying loop. Every time I thought I was getting somewhere, the pages would send me back around again. I reached out to support and waited, but the reply took too long, and by that point I was already frustrated. Eventually I just gave up and stopped trying to use my account...

"I ordered from MIGardener and the tracking info..."
I ordered from MIGardener and the tracking info was helpful enough, I could at least tell my package was on the way.

It just didn’t update as quickly as I thought it would. For a couple days it looked like nothing was happening, I’m not sure if that was on MIGardener or the shipping carrier.

My order showed up fine in the end, so it wasn’t a big problem. I just wish the tracking was a bit clearer and stayed more up to date.

I was disappointed because I ended up getting the wrong seeds, so my order wasn’t right at all. It feels like it was packed or handled without much care, which is frustrating when you’re expecting something specific.

"Slow support and not much clarity"
I reached out to support and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. At first I thought maybe it was just a busy day, but the reply still didn’t really answer my question clearly. It was frustrating overall.

I don’t know, maybe I just got a bad batch, but the seeds seemed kind of old to me. I planted them like I normally would, and barely any of them sprouted. I was hoping for better results, so it was a bit disappointing.

"Finding what I needed took too long"
The site looks fine at first, but once I actually tried to use it, the experience got a bit frustrating. I expected to search for something and get to it quickly, but the results felt scattered and I had to click around more than I should have. It’s not terrible, but the navigation could definitely be smoother.

"Restock emails can be a little unreliable"
I do like the site overall, and the seeds I’ve ordered have usually been good, so this isn’t a huge complaint or anything. The main thing that bugs me is the restock emails don’t seem to work consistently for me. Sometimes I’ll be waiting on something to come back in stock, and by the time I actually get the email and click over to the site, it’s already sold out again. I’m not sure if the email is delayed or if the item just sells out that fast, but either way it makes the notification feel kind of pointless sometimes. It’s not terrible, and I’d still use the site, but it can definitely be frustrating when you think you’re signed up to catch a restock and then miss it anyway.

"Seeds were okay, shipping not so much"
The seeds were fine when they arrived, so no complaints there. But the shipping, the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and there was basically nothing for days, which got frustrating. I mean, I was just sitting around waiting and getting annoyed. In the end, the product was okay, but the wait definitely wasn’t great

"I do like some of the stuff..."
I do like some of the stuff on migardener, so I figured using one of their promo codes would be a nice little bonus. Silly me, apparently. I tried a code from their email and it didn’t work at checkout, then tried another one and got told it wasn’t valid for my cart.

Maybe I missed some tiny fine print hidden somewhere, who knows. I still placed the order because I needed the seeds, but the whole discount code situation was way more annoying than it needed to be. Not exactly the fun shopping experience I was hoping for.

"The order did go through in the end..."
The order did go through in the end, but the checkout froze on me once and I had to put my card info in again. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, just a little stressful not knowing if I’d been charged twice. The site worked fine after that.

"Checkout really should’ve been smoother"
Checkout took longer than it should have, and it was annoying. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a hassle, so I’d appreciate at least an apology for the inconvenience.
